“Ek Tha Tiger” Finishes 1st Week On High Note
“Ek Tha Tiger” has completed week one with amazing numbers. Film collected 8.50 cr nett on Thursday taking its 9 day extended week one collections to 147.50 cr nett as per early estimate.
Film has done well across the country though fall on weekdays was very peculiar in few territories but on contrary film held up well in some other areas. No doubt film has done a fantastic business and film has left many wondering that how come film succeeded in scoring such numbers on weekdays despite mixed reviews. Film has become today 2nd highest grosser of all time overtaking “Bodyguard”.
Film is now entering very crucial 2nd weekend with high hopes of taking on the record of
“3 Idiots”. Film will face negligible competition from “Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi” . But “The Expendables 2” will make dent to an extent in multiplexes but overall film should sustain through.
