EK THA TIGER Grows On 2nd Saturday
“Ek Tha Tiger” dropped in last two days consecutively and that too on quite asn alarming rate. Film collected only 4.50 cr nett on 2nd Friday which was even lesser than Thursday. Film failed to attract audience even in late evening shows.
Film was expected to grow on Saturday and that happened. But the problem was the low figures of Friday as even a 60% jump did not help much to the total tally. As per early estimates, film managed 7 cr nett on 2nd Saturday which is a good number. Now 2nd weekend total is 11.50 cr and to touch 20 cr nett looks tough or at best it can touch that. This is quite lower than 2nd weekend figure of 33 cr nett of "3 Idiots".
Film is now struggling and that tells about lack of repeat value and also how much film was helped by festive release date. Film might fall short by 20 cr nett of the all time record figure of "3 Idiots".
