EK THA TIGER Finishes 2nd Weekend On High With Good Sunday And Thus Crosses 200 Cr Worldwide
“Ek Tha Tiger” performed poorly in last 4 days to say the least. Film failed to grow on Friday and Saturday despite no major competetion from new releases. Film simply lacked repeat value and that resulted in below par 2nd weekend.
Film was expected to show big jump on Sunday and finally film came over of last few days' disappointment with fantastic Sunday. Film did well in single screens especially north part of the country.
As per early estimates, film has collected 9.50 cr nett which was the growth of 55% over the Saturday. Film has collected now 19.75 cr nett in 2nd weekend which is a good total but still 4-5 cr short of what was expected after mammoth 1st week.
Film has a worldwide total of 207 cr plus which makes film the member of 200 cr exclusive club. This happened due to healthy overseas collections of 42.10 cr nett. Film achieved this feat on 12th day of its run. Film has now slim chances to hit 200 mark especially Akshay Kumar starrer "Joker" will hit cinemas next Friday.
