"BARFI!" Takes A Surprise Start At Box Office
“Barfi!” got increased in no. of screens due to huge thumbs up in preview show from critics. Film expectedly took a strong start in multiplexes and not so good in single screens.
Film surprised many in trade with fantastic opening across the country and the way morning and noon shows are performing, it seems that film will put up huge numbers on Day 1 with increase in evening shows.
Film is heading for big total and it should emerge as biggest opener for Ranbir Kapoor beating "Rockstar". As the reports are coming in, film is set toscore at least 10.50 cr nett on opening day as occupancies in noon shows have risen to 90% already.
