"BARFI!" Scores Big On Day One
“Barfi!” scored big on Day one with humongous collections as well as response in urban centers and metros. Multiplexes were huge and single screens were average and that was expected as film was released in 300 plus single screens in comparison to 1300 plus multiplex screens.
Film has done great business in Gurgaon, Bnagalore, Kolkata and other metro cities. Film had almost 75% to 80% collections from multiplexes. Film will grow over the weekend as word of mouth is positive and even weekdays should not be bad.Overall film is heading for good run and tomorrow will be crucial.
As per early estimates, film has collected 9.75 cr nett on Day one and this collection can vary by 10-15% depending on night show occupancy.
