"BARFI!" Heading For Big Week One

“Barfi!” has continued its fantastic run at box office on weekdays as film collected 6.30 cr nett on Monday and even Tuesday was not bad with collections coming around 5.85 cr nett as per early estimates.

Film collected 46.25 cr nett in first 5 days and tomorrow is a holiday at many places which will boost the film further. And this holiday can improve the night shows too. Film will easily cross 55 cr nett in 1^st week and will collect little higher than what “Raaz 3” collected in 1^st week.

Film is now settle well in urban centers and multiplexes and should trend on the lines of “Zindagi Na Milegi Doobara” though the same lifetime collections would be tough due to wide release of “Heroine” next week.

What helped film in a big way is film’s collection in overseas with 13 cr plus in 4 days and now it seems that film will end up 20 cr plus there which is almost double what one expected from the film and highest total for solo Ranbir starrer. This means film will have a higher worldwide gross than most of the films in same bracket in terms of domestic collections.
