“Jannat 2” is first Emraan Hashmi release in 2012 and it is expected to take mammoth opening riding on star value of Emraan among masses, super hit music and being a sequel to successful franchise. Film looks to become 3rd all India hit after “Agneepath” and “Housefull 2”. There is sense of huge expectation among aam junta for this Emraan starrer.
Film will be releasing in 2000 screens making it biggest Emraan’s solo release breaking 1400 screen release of “Murder 2”. Film is set to open big as it is also helped by poor performance of “Tezz” which will give it almost an open week. Though film will face stiff competition in 2nd week from Yash Raj Film’s “Ishaqzaade” and Vikram Bhatt’s “Dangerous Ishhq”. But still film should do good enough business in 1st week itself to attain a clean hit status.
