Saturday, 12th July 11:30 AM IST THE FAULT IN OUR STARS Had Good Week One ''The Fault In Our Stars'' is released by Fox Star India and it is based on bestseller book in UK. Film got delayed release in India and film has already earned 200 million dollar worldwide in 3 weeks. Film has huge craze among its target audience and opened to huge occupancies across metros on Friday. Film had limited release in 83 screens and that is why opening day number of 38 lakhs nett was impressive. If one compares this to 1000 screen release LHDD which collected 50-55 lakhs on 1st day, one can get the clear picture. Film had 50% jump on Saturday and collected 55 lakhs nett. Film again jumped and collected 77 lakhs nett on Sunday. Film has collected 1.70 cr nett in 3 days which is very good considering limited release. Film has almost similar numbers as of LHDD which was released in almost 1000 screens. Film collected solid 25 lakhs on Monday and Tuesday each. Film added 22 lakhs nett on Wednesday and 20 lakhs nett on Thursday. Film collected 2.62 cr nett in week one. Film should collect 3 cr nett lifetime which is outstanding considering limited release.
