Rohit Shetty is new blue eyed director in Bollywood. After delivering 100 cr hits in "Singham","Golmaal" and "Bol Bachchan", he is now moving out from his favorite actor Ajay Devgn to direct first time a film starring another super star Shahrukh Khan.

We all know Shah Rukh has given his nod for this project. But the latest buzz is that film in question "Chennai Express" has been sold for 105 cr price. But this is just a rumor as film's theatrical rights for domestic as well as overseas market will be sold in next few weeks as discussions are still on but there is one confirm piece of news that film has been said to be sold for 55 cr of satellite rights after much deliberation.

Not only that, film is expected to fetch 110-120 cr for theatrical rights  plus ever lucrative overseas rights with Khan. This all looks astronomical but when you see past record of Rohit Shetty and his deadly combination on card with King Khan, nothing looks impossible.

This will mark SRK's comeback to entertain with his typical masala entertainers on lines of "Om Shanti Om" and "Main Hoon Na".
