Film industry has always been blamed for having temporary friendship. But there are a handful of veterans who have proved this wrong and maintain that this industry is all about relationships.

Gordhan Tanwani had announced the release date of his next film Action Jackson as April 4 but, later, Balaji too decided to release their film, Main Tera Hero, on the same date. Since Main Tera Hero has Varun Dhawan playing the lead, his father David Dhawan, who is directing the film, was crestfallen that his film would no longer be a solo release. So he met Tanwani and asked him if he would shift the release date of Action Jackson. The latter agreed and the film will now release on April 11.

Says Sr Dhawan, “When I approached Gordhanji, he immediately agreed to postpone his film. We’ve known each other for years and we’re like family. In fact, Gordhanji and Ajay (Devgn) both wanted Varun to have a solo release and they postponed their film to April 11.”
