Amyra Dastur Replaces Aditi Rao Hydari In TICKET TO BOLLYWOOD

Saturday, 30th May 2015, 1:43 PM IST Hindi movie ‘Ticket To Bollywood’, which was to be directed by Vicky Bahri and star Aditi Rao Hydari with Pulkit Samrat in the lead, now has a new director and star cast. The movie will now be directed by ‘War Chhod Na Yaar’ director, Faraz Haider, while Amyra Dastur will be seen with Kannada actor Diganth Manchale. Faraz confirmed this, saying, "I will leave for the UK in the first week of June where the film will be shot. Besides Diganth and Amyra, the film also features Vinay Pathak in a significant role." Interestingly, Vinay too is a replacement for Saurabh Shukla. The film revolves around a director past his prime who is desperate to make a comeback. In a bid to restart his career, he holds a contest in London, offering the winners a chance at Bollywood stardom. "You can figure out from the name that the film is about ticket to Bollywood. It's a rom-com with a dose of suspense. Along with the youthful ensemble cast, it will have some fresh faces too," added the director.
