Arshad Warsi gets third time lucky. The actor, most famous for his portrayal of Circuit, Sanjay Dutt's sidekick in the Munnabhai films helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, has been confirmed for his third film with the director.
He joins Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput in the filmmaker's next, "P.K.", the shooting for which is scheduled to start early February next year.
Before Sushant and Arshad were signed on, R Madhavan and Sharman Joshi were said to be cast in the film. According to a source, "Arshad is playing an interesting role in the film. It is meant to be an entertainer, and Arshad is the best actor to play such a character." The movie is said to be a satire on God and godmen.
