After the success of ‘Hunterrr’, the makers of the film have planned to come up with the sequel of the film. And they have approached the lead actors Gulshan Devaiah and Radhika Apte for the film. The sequel will be directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni who had directed ‘Hunterrr’.

Talking about the sequel, Gulshan said, “I was really happy with the response ‘Hunterrr’ received, so when Harshavardhan approached us for the sequel I immediately said yes. My character, Mandar, was a terribly insecure man in Part 1, till he found Tripti (Radhika Apte) who accepted him with all his flaws. In the sequel we will not go down the rocky track of the married couple fed up of each other. We saw that already in ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’.”

Gulshan further revealed, “Harvardhan Kulkarni has discussed not one but two storylines with me. The screenplay is currently being written and the film should roll by January. It will be wilder, crazier and completely different from the first film.”

The actor and the director have also decided that even if one person from the team does not like the screenplay, the movie will be trashed.
