The actor, who kick-started the year by unveiling his home production - Parmanu, is currently shooting for Robbie Grewal’s espionage thriller RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter. He will also soon begin prep for Nikkhil Advani’s Batla House in September. Well, the latest, we hear is that the actor has been roped in for Anees Bazmee’s next directorial. Reportedly, John has given his nod to Anees' next, which is scheduled to roll in January. As per a source close to the development informed, "John heard the script and really liked it. It’s a comedy revolving around two actors and is expected to roll in January. Anees has already begun work on the prep. Meanwhile, hunt for the other male lead is on."
