The doctor was working as a chief medical officer (CMO) at JJ Hospital at the time. He told the court that he used the same method to remove the blood sample that was used by his predecessors. He added that he used the typical procedure for taking and sealing the sample. The doctor stated that he wasn’t aware if the government has issued any government resolution (GR) for sealing a blood sample. Judge D.W. Deshpande has told defense to finish cross-examination of the witness by 31st Jan.
