We recently got an opportunity to talk with actor Ranveer Singh where he spoke about his soon-to-be-released film - 'Simmba', Rohit Shetty, Karan Johar, his character and lots more. When asked about his experience and expectations from 'Simmba', Ranveer Singh said that he is really excited because this is the first time he is playing a masala hero. There aren’t any cars flying but this is like the evolution of the Rohit Shetty film. When the film was announced there were already very high expectations he says. But they wanted to go above and beyond that. They wanted to create something that’s going to create a benchmark. Ranveer continued saying that he is very happy with the way things have shaped up its got all that entertainment value. It's all that seeti-taali film but there is a very strong narrative that binds it all together. So there's no compromise on the entertainment value. There's all - comedy, dance and dhamaal, and action, it's full power. Ranveer told us that Karan Johar saw the movie and he says that this is Rohit Shetty's most assured movie ever.
