Well, after Salman’s neuro-surgery in 2011, doctors had warned Salman against tampering with his metabolism. In films like ‘Dabangg’, ‘Dabangg 2’ and ‘Kick’ the superstar’s stunts were done by body doubles. A source said, "Salman has already gone through the bulky phase.
