The festival of Navratri is going on, and everyone is enjoying the garba and dandiya nights. However, Yash Raj Films has now sent outa legal notice to Falguni Pathak and other Navratri mandals for violation of copyrights.

This action has been taken as most of the Navratri mandals have been playing the tracks for which the required license has not been acquired from Yash Raj Films, UTV, Shemaroo and Zee Music.

According to the grapevine, the observation department of Novex Communications, who provide licenses to the mandals for the songs have found that a number of mandals without the licence are playing the track 'Tune Maari Entriyaan' from YRF's ‘Gunday’.

It is learnt that if the mandals continue to play the songs then a formal complaint will be lodged.
