Sunny Leone Gets Into A Legal Trouble

Saturday, 16th May 2015, 3:35 PM IST Sunny Leone, who was last seen on screen in ‘Kuch Kuch Locha Hai’, is caught in a legal trouble. An FIR has been filed against Sunny at Ramnagar police station. The complaint has been filed for promoting obscenity on her website. Anjali Palan, a Mumbai-based housewife, has blamed Sunny Leone of destroying Indian culture through her porn videos on her website sunnyleone.com. Anjali works for the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and has taken an action against those who have uploaded these videos on the website. Senior Inspector Sunil Shivarkar confirmed that they certainly found the content on the website offensive. VV Laxminarayana, Joint Commissioner of Police of Thane region, said that currently they aren't taking any action and the case has been handed over to the cyber cell for investigation. The actress and others have been charged under section 292 (obscene and indecent advertisement), 294 (for printing obscene matter) , IT Act's section 67 (publishing/transmitting obscene matter in electronic form), Indecent Representation of Women Act's section 3 and 4. Sunny Leone's husband Daniel Weber, said that they haven't received any details on the case and if there is a case, then their legal representative will handle it.
