They had claimed the rights ofthe film's story idea. And now, he has filed a civil case against Ashutosh, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur and Hrithik Roshan. Lamba said, “I have been called to the Oshiwara police station today to register my statement. I have submitted all the evidence. The police will now start investigating the matter by speaking to the other parties involved and, if convinced, will file an FIR against them. It may be followed by a criminal charge and an arrest.” “As a citizen I have the right to file both civil and criminal cases. The civil court has its own course, but I know that a crime has been committed and it's my duty to get the culprits punished,” he added.
