Tuesday, 14th March 2017, 6:15 PM IST Shah Rukh Khan made a statement on Koffee With Karan that Alia Bhatt has achieved too much too soon. The statement holds true as Alia has become the youngest superstar at a successful stage in her career. While this actress feels actors need to be grounded, she also think some people consider themselves Gods and demi-Gods. “I feel we as actors need to be grounded. We do not hail from any fairy land, but some in our business start feeling as if they are gods and demi-gods,” the actress was quoted. Alia also seems to know how to keep her fans happy. She recollects, “My dad (Mahesh Bhatt) had told me not to get carried away by the audiences’ expectations. He had warned me that if my characters become too monotonous, then these fans would be the first ones to get bored.” She is well aware that with stardom, comes failure, and the actress is ready for it. “I know anything that rises has to fall. And I am ready for my downfall too,” she affirmed. Alia Bhatt says her mentor Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions going through ups and downs is a learning lesson she abides by. “I read in his book how Yash (Johar) uncle had lost everything after 'Duplicate' bombed at the BO. In spite of such difficult times, they rose again only through their hard work. But the pangs and agony they went though is worth learning lessons to all the filmmakers. Reading it is like an eye opener for all of us,” she said. Alia Bhatt’s movie ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ released this Friday and the movie received an average response.
