Dulquer Salmaan Ready Debut In Bollywood With Irrfan Khan And Mithila Palkar

Monday, 14th August 2017, 08:00 PM IST After playing the prominent role in ‘OK Kanmani’, the original version of the Aditya Roy Kapur, Shraddha Kapoor’s romantic drama ‘Ok Jaanu’, Dulquer Salmaan is now gearing up for Bollywood. Born to Malayalam star Mammootty, the star son is all pumped up to play the lead in Ronnie Screwvala’s production. The title is not ready yet. We will see "Girl in the city" (TV show and web series) fame, Mithila Palkar playing the female lead. She was previously seen in Nikhil Advani film ‘Katti Batti’. Other than the duo, Irfan Khan is also in the cast, although the character details of all of them are not yet revealed. The film marks the directorial debut of Akarsh Khurana with it being scripted by Hussain Dalal. The story of the untitled movie is about a road trip of Dulquer and Irrfan being friends. According to a source, the film is scheduled to go on floor by the end of August and it will be shot in Kerala.
