Vishal Bhardwaj's Next #Abbottabad To Be On Osama Bin Laden

Saturday, 30th September 2017, 03:00 PM IST Vishal Bhardwaj, whose last directorial 'Rangoon' did not receive success at the box-office, is now gearing up for his next directorial venture. It is learnt that the director will adapt 'The Exile: The Stunning Inside Story of Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda in Flight' written by veteran investigative journalists Cathy Scott-Clark and Adrian Levy. A credible source confirmed that Vishal will also co-produce the film, which has been titled ‘Abbottabad’, along with Junglee Pictures. The novel offers an insight into the life of Osama bin Laden, as well as the history of the Al-Qaeda and the formation of ISIS by bin Laden's lieutenants.
