Wednesday, 11th October 2017, 06:00 PM IST Shankar’s much awaited film ‘2.0’ is being said to surpass SS Rajamouli's magnum opus ‘Baahubali 2’ as India’s costliest movie ever. ‘2.0’, directed by Shankar and co-written by B Jeyamohan, starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in lead roles. The film is a sequel to the 2010 movie ‘Robot’. According to a credible source, the film’s budget is Rs 400 crore, which makes it the most expensive film. On the other hand, ‘Baahubali 2’, which starred Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty was made at a budget of Rs 250 crore. In ‘2.0’, Akshay will be seen playing the main antagonist.
