Akshay Kumar And Katrina Kaif Pairing Up Again?

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif were the IT jodi in Bollywood. Most movies they have worked in either went on to become a hit or gain the cult status, and it might be true that the two are pairing up again, or at least might be thinking to do so. This might happen soon as we hear Kat is considering ‘Kesari’ which stars Akshay Kumar. Says a trade source, “Though media has written about Parineeti Chopra being in ‘Kesari’, there is strong speculation that it may not happen as her dates are clashing with that of Vipul Shah’s ‘Namaste Canada’ in January next year. Katrina has also been approached by Karan Johar to play Akshay’s wife. Akshay has always approached Katrina for most of his films including ‘Singh Is Bling’ and ‘Toilet… Ek Prem Katha’ but the actress has turned them down for her own reasons. But she seems to be considering ‘Kesari’ as now her good friend KJo has offered it to her. Katrina and Akshay also have always made a striking pair on screen. But for Katrina, the main issue is dates as she has been approached for Shree Narayan Singh’s ‘Roshni’ opposite Shahid Kapoor. That film too goes on the floor from January next year so Katrina is in a dilemma.” We certainly hope to see the two back again. On the workfront, Akshay Kumar will soon be seen in ‘Padman’, ‘2.0’, ‘Crack’, ‘Mogul’ and ‘Gold’, of course apart from ‘Kesari’.
