Friday, 9th March 2018, 3:15 PM IST Prabhudheva, an all-rounder who has impressed us with his directorial, dancing and acting skills is all set to experiment with his character in next. He will be seen as an anti-hero in a silent thriller called 'Mercury' which has been helmed by Karthik Subbaraj. Karthik who has directed some renowned films down south shared how he never thought to make a film without any dialogues in it. He also revealed how he's extremely happy with the final product. He has two National Awards to the credit of his Tamil musical - 'Gangster'. It had won National Awards for Best Supporting Actor and Best Editing. Though the topic and style of his film with Prabhudheva is abstract, Subbaraj feels people should not see this as an experiment. Hence he is planning to give this one a wide release across the world. He talked about how Prabhudheva as an actor has a lot to explore. He revealed Prabhu was very excited on hearing the basic premise of the film and didn't think twice before coming aboard for the film. The movie is releasing on 13th April and will clash with Varun Dhawan's ‘October’ at the box office. It also stars Deepak Paramesh, Remya Nambeesan and Anish Padman in pivotal roles.
