By Nikhil Bisoi - June 05, 2019 Aayush Sharma made a colourful entry in Bollywood with Salman Khan Films’ LoveYatri last year. The actor is now all set for his second Bollywood project. And we have the details. Aayush Sharma will play the part of an army officer in Karan Butani’s Kwatha. Director Karan said: “It’s a real-life story and the title Kwatha comes from a place in Manipur. It is one of the last villages on the border of India and Myanmar. It’s a story about the army officer and the relationship he shares with this village.” On casting Aayush, he said: “We clicked in the first meeting itself. Very few films have been made on North East. It’s time that the rest of India and the world see how beautiful it is and the stories it has to tell.” Produced by Sunil Jain and Aditya Joshi, the research of the film is underway. Kwatha should roll in September. Meanwhile, Aayush is working on his look and body as an army officer.
