GULABO SITABO Starring Amitabh Bachchan Goes On Floors In Lucknow

By Nikhil Bisoi - June 19, 2019 Amitabh Bachchan reached Lucknow on Tuesday afternoon to begin shooting for Shoojit Sircar's 'Gulabo Sitabo'. He recently took to Twitter to share that he has just wrapped up shooting for the thriller Chehre, which also features Emraan Hashmi. The shoot begins in Qaiserbagh from today in a private house and will also be conducted at a few locations in the city including the City Station and Aminabad. With an extensive schedule planned in the city till the end of July, the film is written by a Lucknowite and a National Award winner Juhi Chaturvedi. The film, directed by Shoojit Sircar, marks the first collaboration between Mr Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, the film was earlier supposed to hit the theatres in November, but will now release on April 24, 2020. On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra.
