Varun Dhawan will be seen playing the role of an angry young man in the film ‘Badlapur’. And recently, when Varun was asked from where he took the inspiration to play an intense character in ‘Badlapur’, he said that he was inspired by Salman Khan’s character Radhe from ‘Tere Naam’.

The actor said, "Salman Khan's character Radhe in ‘Tere Naam’ was an inspiration. As far as my look in 'Badlapur' is concerned, my elder brother Rohit was a reference point. I thought to myself that when I age, I may end up looking like him. So the bearded look actually came from Rohit."

‘Badlapur’ also stars Yami Gautam and Huma Qureshi.
