Wednesday, 28th Jan 2015, 2:25 PM IST Ritesh Batra’s ‘The Lunchbox’ released a year and eight months back. But, still the film is running in theatres in certain parts of the world. But now, Ritesh is in plans to start his next. Recently, the filmmaker revealed that he's working on two projects simultaneously. One is titled as ‘Photograph’ and he would love to cast Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Nimrat Kaur in the film. And his other project will be based on a novel for a British producer. Batra said, "I can't talk about either yet. But someday, I'd like to have a public reading, even publish the script before I make the film.” The director added that it takes a lot of time to make a movie. "I'm hoping to roll with one of them this year," he says. What if he can greenlight both? "That would be a miracle but it won't happen," he said. ‘Photograph’ might be his next directorial, but he never liked photography. "For me words are the starting of a movie, not images. I made ‘The Lunchbox’ myself because nobody else would hire me as a writer," Batra said.
