Thursday, 18th June 2015, 3:45 PM IST In Ghaziabad court, a case has been filed against megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan for covering their bodies with the National Flag in a manner offensive to the country. The complaint is registered by Chetan Dhiman. In his complaint, he has said that the actors were seen with the National Flag during the India-Pakistan World Cup cricket match in Adelaide on 15th Feb. Chetan’s lawyer Sanjeev Sharma said that Chetan and five of his friends saw Big B wearing the National Flag in an insulting manner. The lawyer said that by such an action, the megastar and his son downgraded India's reputation. Sanjeev said that they come under The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, and the Flag Code of India, 2002. He further said that both should be summoned before the court to face trial.
