Director Vivek Agnihotri has history of making sunderwhelming films i.e. 'Chocolate', 'Dan Dana Dan Goal' and 'Buddha In Traffic Jam'. Producer Bhushan Kumar has very mixed track record in recent times as he is busy making singles or films which have more sex appeal than content.

'Junooniyat' has cliche promo and has zero buzz among classes. Trade is dull though due to clash with red hot 'Udta Punjab' and this lead pair of Yami - Pulkit gave 'Sanam Re' just few months back. Film has not a single hit song.

Film should open close to 3 cr nett number and expected to cross 10 cr nett over weekend and if content gets appreciation then it can cross 12 cr nett.
