''Daawat E Ishq'' and ''Khoobsurat'' released last weekend and like last week, both films had different set of audience. Earlier week releases are virtually out of competition and this week has seen few small films so one out of these last week''''s two releases had good chance to sustain if it manages some sort of appreciation and it seems that ''Khoobsurat'' is doing just that.

Though ''Khoobsurat'' had below par day one and below par weekend. Film never took any kind of start and was poor all over. Film collected poor 11 cr nett plus over weekend but riding on steady weekdays film managed 19 cr nett plus in week one.

Film managed to hold on good numbers of screens especially in multiplexes in 2nd week. Film collected quite steady 1.53 cr nett on 2nd Friday which was as good as 7th day (Thursday). This means film will have good jump over 2nd weekend and that is what happened on 2nd Saturday with jump of 40% plus. Film collected 2.44 cr nett followed by further jump on Sunday with 2.81 cr nett collections. Film added 87 lakhs nett on 2nd Monday which was less than 45% drop from 2nd Friday followed by 77 lakhs nett on Tuesday and 64 lakhs nett on Wednesday.

Film has collected 28.46 cr nett in 13 days and now film is set for 28.75-29 cr nett lifetime finish which will be still a below par result. In today''s time weekend business is so important that despite steady week days and 2nd week, film can not go beyond a point unless its once in a lifetime miracle like ''Queen''. Also film''s run will be curtailed by big releases on today. Film was badly hurt by clash and if it would had been solo releases, it might have gone with 40 cr nett plus number at least.
