New Releases Open To Dull Response
Like ''Ab Tak Chappan 2'', ''Hey Bro'' and ''Badmashiyaan'' released few weeks back and bite the dust. This week will again see release of some hopeless films and tough time for exhibitors and distributors continues.
''Hunterrr'' had some kind of buzz due to backing of Phantom and adult theme. But despite decent promotion and good release, film opened to very low numbers of 7%. Film is poor in almost all circuit and though reviews are good, film needs extraordinary turnaround in order to make an impact. As per early trends, even 1.50 cr nett will be good number.
Other major release ''Dilliwali Zaalim Girlfriend'' opened to even more pathetic numbers. Film has hardly 5% opening and now film needs super turnaround in order to touch 50 lakhs nett.
Other small releases ''Cinderella'' will limit to metros.
