KHAMOSHIYAN Had Poor Week One
After disastrous beginning of 2015 with flop ''Tevar'', below par to average ''Baby'' and below average ''Dolly Ki Doli'', there is not much hope for any releases this weekend. And best of bet of the weekend ''Khamoshiyan'' took a bad start.
''Khamoshiyan'' opened to poor reviews as expected (check our preview section where we predicted the same) and that will not help film''s cause as it opened to poor occupancies. Film was somewhat better in mass centers but film did not grow from evening onwards.
Film collected poor 1.92 cr nett on day one and then despite no competition at box office, film grew only by 12% on day two. Film collected 2.21 cr nett followed by 2.54 cr nett on Sunday and now film has total of 6.67 cr nett.
With no growth over weekend, film should collect 10 cr nett over week one and that will be a disastrous total. Film collected 1.33 cr nett on Monday which is a poor total followed by 1.27 cr nett on Tuesday, 1.10 cr nett on Wednesday and 93 lakhs nett on Thursday. Now film has total of 11.30 cr nett. Film is heading for 13 cr nett lifetime total. Flop!
