TUMBBAD Maintained A Healthy Growth At The Box Office
After a bit of a disappointing opening day, the Sohum Shah starrer picked up on the second and third day.
Writers of Tumbbad, Rahi Anil Barve, Anand Gandhi, Adesh Prasad and Mitesh Shah has produced the gripping storyline. The direction of Rahi Anil Barve makes you fear the unknown and that is the USP of any horror film. The cinematography of Pankaj Kumar will always keep you engrossed in the setup. Nitin Zihani Choudhary and Rakesh Yadav’s production design takes to the time of pre and post-Independence India.
After collecting 65 lakhs on its 1st Friday, the box office figures of Tumbbad showed a healthy growth on Saturday and maintained the same on Sunday. The collections of the second one were as such: Saturday: 1.15 cr and yesterday i.e Sunday it earned 1.45 cr. Hence the total came up to 3.25 cr.
