KUCH KUCH LOCHA HAI Had Poor Day Two
Bollywood films have disappointed and no big films made impact in last 6 months except ''PK''. This year not a single mainstream masala Bollywood film worked though ''Baby'', ''Gabbar'', ''Badlapur'', ''NH 10'''' DLKH did make mark but no big 100 cr grosser came along the way. And to make situation worse Hollywood biggies ''Fast & Furious 7'' and ''Avengers Age Of Ultron'' over-performed. Now one more Sunny Leone starrer flops badly at box office.
''Kuch Kuch Locha Hai'' released this weekend and it had opened to pathetic reviews and poor occupancy. Film was poor in metros and after 10% opening it lost all chances of making comeback. Film was so poor in few centers (i.e. Mysore, Tamilnadu) that shows might be curtailed yesterday itself.
Film had poor number of 75 lakhs nett on day one and after that it was no hope for the film. Film added 75 lakhs nett on day two. Film has total of 1.50 cr nett in two days and it seems it will struggle to cross 3 cr nett over weekend. Film is rather costly affair and will find it tough to recover 15 cr budget.
