"HEROINE" Almost Done With Its Run After 3rd Week
Madhur Bhandarkar won National awards and made some real hard hitting films on certain industries with good amount of entertainment value. And that is why when he collaborated with current top slot actress Kareena Kapoor, everyone thought this would be a lethal combo at box office.
Film collected 36.60 cr nett in week one which was not bad but not so healthy trending on weekdays made it clear that film will suffer in long run. And that is why film collected only 5.95 cr nett in 2nd week which was a drop of 80%.
Film further declined in 3rd week and film collected only 1.50 cr nett taking film's collections to 44 cr nett plus. This means film will finish its run at 45 cr nett as we predicted earlier.
"Heroine" remained a below average film for distributors but a plus film for makers due to huge ancillary earnings from the film plus a handsome amount from overseas.
