Akshay Kumar’s company Grazing Goat Pictures and Viacom18 Motion Pictures have teamed up to make a sequel to Umesh Shukla’s 'OMG – Oh My God!', a successful 2012 release.



Since the rights to the film are owned by Kumar’s company, the sequel will not be titled OMG 2 but 'Dharam Sankat'. No one wants any legal issues.
