There’s buzz in the industry that after the 'Tanu Weds Manu' sequel, Anand L Rai would be directing Ranbir Kapoor in his next film, another love story. But the director reveals, “People are assuming that I will be directing Ranbir Kapoor in my next film because I met him recently. I meet a lot of people but that doesn’t mean something is brewing. Of course, I want to do a film with him but I am currently focusing on the 'Tanu Weds Manu' sequel.”

There were also whispers that Anand L Rai was narrating a script to Salman Khan.

We’re told that apart from meeting actors, Anand L Rai is also meeting promising directors as he intends to produce movies in the upcoming months. Another film factory in the making.
