The film is produced by Sujoy Ghosh and the shoot is taking place in different parts of Kolkata. The team recently recreated Durga pooja to shoot one of the pivotal scenes of the film. Big B later took to Twitter and said, “T 2119 - Recreating Durga Pooja for 'TE3N' film on the narrow congested but historic lanes of North Kolkata .. !!” The film is a thriller and also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan in prominent roles.
