Sunday, 12th March 2017, 3:45 PM IST Amongst all the entertaining and thoughtful movies released this year, Salman Khan’s film ‘Sultan’ has once again scored high, this time at Zee Cine Awards 2017. However, the pleasantry here is that the movie which made everyone cry – ‘Neerja’, has also won equal number of awards as ‘Sultan’ itself. While ‘Sultan’ leads Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma too have bagged 2 out of 5 awards, each for viewer’s choice best actor and actress, ‘Neerja’ on the other hand scored big for the supporting cast than Sonam Kapoor, who missed out on the Best Actress award, as Alia Bhatt won it for her performance in ‘Udta Punjab’. Following streak with 4 awards was ‘Pink’, where Amitabh Bachchan won the undoubtedly deserving Best Actor award. ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ too won 4 awards, mainly for the music it provided the audiences with. ‘Shivaay’ too is next in line, for its cinematography and action.
