Saturday, 15th July 2017, 04:00 PM IST The much awaited film ‘Tubelight’ failed at box office and now it is being heard that Salman Khan has agreed to compensate the distributors. Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan recently confirmed the news. "When a distributor suffers a loss, the producer needs to show some responsibility and share the burden. We, too, have done the same thing. We met a few of them and are trying to find a middle ground. We will pay back the distributors.” Adding further, he said, “We all have to work with each other in the future. So, it's good that like-minded people come together and make a decision, which acts as a win-win situation for both the makers as well as the distributors.” According to a source, Salman has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 55 crore to his distributors for the film's loss.
