Monday, 28th July 2014, 04:30 PM IST Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘P.K.’, which stars Aamir Khan in the lead role, has certain portions of the film yet to be shot which also includes a song that will be filmed across the country. Apparently director Rajkumar Hirani is facing a tough time trying to finish the shoot on time. The film is set to release on December 19. “Shooting for the remaining portions can only start once Aamir Khan loses weight since this is the part where he needs to have a toned body. So yes, some portions of the film are yet to be shot and it looks like this will happen only shot in August or September,” says a source close to the production house. On the other hand, another source says that the shoot was anyway supposed to take place in August-September. “There is also a song that needs to be shot; it will be filmed across India. The remaining sequences will be shot in Delhi. Only Aamir Khan’s portions are left.” News is that the director is already busy with the post production of the portions that have been shot, because he doesn’t want to waste time by shooting the entire film first and then starting its post production. Accordingly, once the film’s shooting is done in September, its final post production work will start to get the film ready for its release in December. The director’s spokesperson said, “Yes, we are shooting some portions of the film in September. We have around 10 to 15 days’shoot left.”
