Few days ago, there were reports that Karan Johar is making a biopic on hockey player Dhyan Chand, and now actress Chitrangada Singh is all set to turn producer with the biopic on hockey player Sandeep Singh.

The actress has bought the rights to his life story.

Talking about it, Sandeep said, "It feels great that I will watch my life unveil on celluloid soon. I have known Chitrangada for years, she is a friend."

Sandeep Singh is the former captain of the Indian national team and a penalty corner specialist. He was injured in 2006 and was on the wheelchair for two years. But, now he has recovered and has rejoined the team.

The director of the movie has not been finalized yet. However, Chitrangada is sure that she won’t star in her debut production.
