The cast of Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Jazbaa’ is becoming interesting day-by-day. After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, John Abraham and Irrfan Khan, now even Shabana Azmi has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film.

Shabana Azmi  will be seen playing the role of a college professor.

The story is about a lawyer (essayed by Aishwarya) who will race against time to achieve the impossible, of a suspended cop (played by Irrfan) who will go beyond the call of duty and it has a mother (played by Azmi) who will fight against both of them for her own justice.

The shooting of the film will take place in Mumbai and it will start early December. Sanjay Gupta will be finishing this film soon, so that he can screen the film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2015.
