Film became 3rd biggest grosser in overseas with 116 cr and might become highest grosser in future with next phase of release. Film had also got good ancillary revenues from satellite rights, home video and music video. Film established Shahrukh Khan as numero uno at box office and again established the fact that genre is always bigger than star.
