Friday, 13th June 09:10 AM IST FILMISTAAN Had Decent Week One ''Filmistaan'' released in middle of huge critical acclaim and expectations among niche audience. Film clashed with big Akshay Kumar release ''Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty'' and Tom Cruise starrer ''Edge Of Tomorrow''. But film is doing steady business on weekdays though on lower levels. Film collected modest 51 lakhs on Friday but film was expected to jump big on Saturday. And that is what happened as film jumped by 100% on Saturday and collected 1.04 cr nett. Film again jumped by 30% on Sunday and collected 1.26 cr nett which was good. But now film has scored super solid Monday of 54 lakhs which is as good as Friday. Film grew on Tuesday and collected 56 lakhs which is too good. Film added 51 lakhs on Wednesday. Film collected 48 lakhs on Thursday. Film has collected 4.90 cr nett in 7 days which is decent but not good. The low starting point has hurt film badly otherwise it would had been a respectable total 0f 7-8 cr nett. Film has investment of close to 6 cr and needs close to 10-11 cr for any chance of recovery which looks difficult at the moment. Film is heading for 6.50-7.50 cr nett lifetime total at best which will be underwhelming. Below are the collection for the film -
