MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 5 Is Heading For 48-50 Cr Lifetime In India

This year saw dominance of Hollywood flicks at Indian box office as one biggie after another established supremacy. After superb success of ''Fast & Furious 7'', ''Jurassic World'' and ''Avengers'' now its turn of another big franchise ''Mission Impossible'' to try its luck at box office.

''Mission Impossible 5 Rogue Nation'' took a solid start on Friday and collected very good 6.20 cr nett following 1.20 cr nett in paid previews on Wednesday & Thursday. This was 5th biggest Hollywood opening in India and though it was lesser than what many would had expected but still it was way ahead than any Bollywood release this week.

Film grew on Saturday and collected 8.80 cr nett followed by very good 10.70 cr nett on Sunday. Film dropped on Monday by 45% and collected 3.25 cr nett. Film added 3.05 cr nett, 2.80 cr nett and 2.70 cr nett on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday respectively. Film collected 38.70 cr nett in week one.

Film collected 1.40 cr nett on 2nd Friday which was huge drop of 75%. Film got benefited by Independence Day and collected 2.40 cr nett followed by 1.60 cr nett on Sunday. Film will add 8 cr nett in 2nd week.

Film has total of 43.85 cr nett in 10 days. It will cross 48 cr nett total of last MI franchise in India. But it will struggle to cross 50 cr nett lifetime which is far less in comparison to what Hollywood films did this year in India.
