Hollywood films have made serious dent into business of Bollywood films in last year or so. ''''''''The Jungle Book'''''''' has created such a huge record that it has sent shiver through spines of Bollywood trade.

Latest release ''''''''Angry Birds Movie'''''''' released with limited expectations but it has become biggest grosser on day one and then over weekend for an animated film in India. Film was super strong despite release of handful Bollywood films. 

Film collected 2.20 cr nett on day one and then film jumped on Saturday with 3.22 cr nett. Film had good Sunday with 3.62 cr nett figure. Film had a weekend total of 9.04 cr nett. Though the movie saw a slight dip during the weekdays, it is still performing better than the Hindi movies that released alongside.

On Monday, the movie earned 1.50 cr, Tuesday 1.30 cr, on Wednesday it collected 1.20 nett and 1.05 cr nett on Thursday. Film has 1st week total of 14.09 cr nett which is superb. Hit !
